Project Description
Australian Technology Park, Building 2 located in South Eveleigh is set to become a state-of-the-art work and lifestyle destination that welcomes, celebrates and enriches the lives of its communities, pioneering new standards in workplace and precinct design. This steel structure building of 57,000 m2 is spread over 6 floors and two basement levels. Comprising of new office workplace typologies, with central atrium spaces, open plan collaborative work zones, childcare facilities, retail, an innovation centre and cultural arts spaces. The mechanical design is active chilled beams and VAVs and has been designed to meet 6 Star, Green Star and 5 Star, NABERS. Flow Balance was responsible for commissioning of the all base building levels.

Outcome
Flow Balance displayed commitment to work collectively, successfully overcame the tight time frames associated with the project and commissioning issues through to successful completion.
