Project Description
The new architectural high-rise building in St Leonards features 46 levels of luxury apartments and 6 levels of commercial tenancies with 7 storeys underground car park. This development has been successfully completed throughout multiple stages. Mechanical systems included hundreds of Fan Coil Units and Ventilation Fans servicing apartments and common areas. Commercial areas are serviced by large Air Handling Systems with Variable Air Volume boxes servicing multiple zones. Tenancies are provided with a tenant condenser water system that can be utilised for future fit-out works.
